Objectives as an instructor:
To remember the sense of wonder and delight that draws us to flying - and to provide the kind of flight instruction that keeps that sense of wonder foremost. To provide a safe environment in which to learn, and to encourage students to want to perform at a higher level than FAA mandated minima. To be open to learn from students and fellow instructors, and to maintain honest and open relationships with all - always remembering that the instructor who claims to know the 'one right way' to do anything is neither honest, open, nor qualified to be an instructor.
